Finishing as a MasterChef Quarterfinalist in 2023 has had a transformative impact on my life. My passion for the culinary arts has reached new heights, as this esteemed competition has ignited an unquenchable drive within me to forge a gastronomic path that resonates deeply with my aspirations. To this, my aim is to craft dishes that not only embrace innovative concepts, but also imbue a theatrical essence throughout their creation.

Food Style
My cooking style is similar to my job - it's performative!
I thrive on the pressure of cooking and making sure everything is timed perfectly.
My goal is to amaze and excite anyone who eats my food by creating a theatrical experience with delicious flavours.
I've drawn inspiration from restaurants that include performers, but I've always wanted a stronger connection between the food and the performance.
For example, if you're eating Octopus with black rice, I want to create a grand underwater scene with immersive sound effects all around you.
I aim to engage all the senses when cooking - visually, musically, and most importantly, with great taste!
Goals
I would like to make more TV in the form of travel documentaries scouring far distant places and cultures and learning about their food and diets. I think we have so much to learn from other cultures when it comes to food. Im a huge lover of asian ingredients but i know ive only just sampled the tip of the huge aray of unique ingriedients around. Im currently looking at writing a cook book and creating some unique and interesting art and food pop ups.
